What the appointment includes
A typical mobile appointment covers:
- Pre-remap diagnostic and vehicle-condition checks.
- Reading the current calibration from the vehicle.
- Preparing and writing the appropriate calibration.
- Final checks afterwards before the job is completed.
What affects the timing
The vehicle and ECU type, how the software is accessed, what the initial checks show, and whether anything found needs discussing before continuing.
A vehicle that raises a question takes longer — and should.
What we will not do
Rush the checks to shorten an appointment. The order of work is the point of the service.
